KNOPPIX, which was developed by Klaus Knopper, highly appreciated by professional users and new Linux users, is suited for the most various tasks. Questions and problems can of course arise anyway.
 A huge amount of e-mails show the interest of the new usership but, cannot be answered by Mr Knopper alone. This is why we help him out to reduce the response time. To provide help more quickly, the ed-media GmbH started a cooperation with Mr. Knopper in the form of the new KNOPPIX Support Center.
Our KNOPPIX Support Team will provide good advice and solutions and will answer every question fastly and competently. If an e-mail requires direct contact because it could not be answered by ed-media, we will forward it to Klaus Knopper, the KNOPPIX creator himself, and he will handle it.
The necessary assistence can unfortunately not be offered free of charge. Nevertheless, you will be able to access a competent and fast consulting-service which wouldn't be possible without your financial contributions.
